He had problem with Las Vegas loot drop and also being rolled back in Bangkok and causing him to lost some of his Skill Points day by day.. Have already submitted tickets to Zynga but no reply.. 
Once he did the conversation with Zynga Support via Live Chat, his problems are all fixed within minutes! Less than 5 minutes on his case!
I suggest you to do that too..

Or just go to HELP section and click on Support inside Mafia Wars game. You will arrive here..
Click on Chat Now button..But too bad, the Live Support feature is not for 24 hours! Sometimes you can not see the screenshot above and only see this one..

I always get a response submitting tickets. 9 out of 10 times it is a real response and not a canned response. Results vary depending on what it is I am reporting but they always respond within the day anyway.
